R3 Your Health products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, less shipping and handling. If you've tried our products and you’re not pleased for any reason and are within the guarantee period of 30-days from delivery, please carefully follow the instructions below:

1. Call us at the Customer Service number listed above to cancel future shipments at any time, without further charges or to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions on unopened bottles.
2. Refunds will not be issued without an RMA number. Credit will not be given for S&H, incomplete items or for items without a valid Return Authorization Number.
3. All items returned must be unopened and include a copy of the packing slip. Write the RMA number on the front of the packing slip and on the outside of the box.
4. Keep the shipping receipt and make sure you use the proper amount of postage on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages, or those returned to sender due to insufficient postage.
5. Do not send the package C.O.D. as it will not be accepted.
6. We encourage you to protect yourself by insuring the return shipment with a tracking number.
7. After we receive your package, please allow us up to two weeks to process your return. After receipt, all returns will be credited in US dollars to the original form of payment.
